Okay go ahead laugh at me. Got a busted infraspinatus (back muscle) and left bicep. Now when I cough,my back muscle would ache up. Seriously pain. I'm just lucky that my knee is behaving itself and not misbehaving. Time check, 3.15am.why aren't I asleep. Oh cos I've been watching glee!! Hehe it's a nice show I guess.every episode has some learning point one way or another.I just hope I don't get bored of it like gossip girl:( I really did like that show!just that the plot was really getting rather obvious.

Kay gonna sleep now.
