alright this is for tharenii and for all those who think that this might just fit you. First of all. Be patient. Results won't show overnight. So if you wake up the next morning and realise nothing happen, don't be frustrated! Next, Don't just have breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. Eat up to 6 portioned of meals/snacks a day. Eating 6 times a day you give your metabolism a constant need to be working. And when i say snacks, it does not mean chips and junk food but FRUITS, VEGETABLES. Here comes the fun part! Since you want to go for a run in the morning, you have to be very discipline cos on a holiday like this, we would probably sleep in! Wake up around 7am for your breakfast and wait at least an hour plus for your food to digest before you go for a run! If not, you would probably end up killing yourself:D and you wouldn't want that to happen right. So run for around 2km/30mins non stop. After your done with your run, do around 5sets of 20 push ups. by then i guess you will be dead. if not you can always add 5 sets of 20 sit ups. But since i know your character and i'm guessing you probably wouldn't be waking up so early just to run, you can always do this. 4 counts of 40 jumping jack:D followed by your push ups and sit ups. that's about what i know and what you can do. oh yea remember to drink lots of water and have sufficient rest. |
